Why some duplicates survive
'[email protected]' and '[email protected] ' look the same but differ in capitals and a trailing space. Tick Ignore case and Trim spaces to catch them.
Sort while you're there
Sort A-Z for readability, by number for IDs, or shuffle to randomise an order – handy for prize draws or test data.
